¶ QuickBooks Online Integration
QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration allows to exchange data between QuickBooks Online and LodDepot.com.
Follow steps below to connect QuickBooks Online to an account.

Connect QuickBooks Online account to LodDepot
- Go to Tools >> Integrator
- Click on Connect to QuickBooks
- Login to your QuickBooks Online Account
- And allow to connect QuickBooks Online Account to LodDepot Integrator.
¶ Using QuickBooks Integrator for the first time.
- Click Update Items button
- Go back to portal by clicking LD Portal link on top
- Go to Tools >> Synchronization Log and verify the Item Synchronization started
- Then check Item Management >> Items list. All items from QuickBooks Online Account will be loaded.
- Repeat the same steps for Customers and Vendors.
¶ QuickBooks Online turn custom transaction numbers off
Follow these steps to generate an invoice number in QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Settings
- then select Account and settings.
- Select Sales.
- In Sales form content, select Edit ✎.
- Turn Custom transaction numbers on off.
- Select Save, then select Done.
¶ Integration
All integrations will occur automatically.
New or updated Sales Orders will be sent to QBO every 2 minutes.
Item inventory levels will be refreshed every 5 minutes.
All other data will be synchronized periodically.
