¶ Shopify Integration
LodDepot's Shopify integration enables seamless synchronization of items and sales orders between your LodDepot and Shopify accounts. This integration allows you to import items from LodDepot.com into your Shopify store and automatically transfer sales orders back to your LodDepot account.
By connecting your LodDepot account with Shopify, you can efficiently manage your inventory and sales across both platforms, ensuring that product information and order data remain consistent and up-to-date. This integration streamlines operations, reduces manual data entry, and helps maintain accurate records of your business transactions.
¶ Configure Shopify account
In Shopify account navigate to Settings→ Apps and sales channels then click on Develop apps
Then click on Create an app button and enter App name LodDepotIntegration and then Create app button
Under Configuration tab select all API access scopes
Under API credentials tab click on Install app button
When you get Admin access token click on Reveal token once
IMPORTANT! Copy and save this token in secure place, you will be using it for integration
¶ Configure LodDepot.com account
In LodDepot portal navigate to Tools → Settings → Integration
Then enable Shopify Integration
Enter Shopify Store Url, use YourStoreName.myshopify.com format (do not enter https://)
Enter Admin API Access Token stored in previous step.
Leave the Fulfillment Location blank if you have not set up any in Shopify.
Leave the Inventory Management blank if you have not set up any in Shopify.
Set up a Price Level for Shopify and assign it to this configuration.
Choose the Customer where all Shopify Sales orders will be assigned.
¶ Configure Items for Shopify
Navigate to Item Management → Items
Choose the Item you want to sell on Shopify, then click Edit and navigate to the E-Commerce tab.
Then check Sale on Shopify
You can enter an optional custom Name and Description, as well as your preferred sales unit and custom unit price.
The custom price will override the price set in the price level.
The sales unit is optional; if left blank, the system will use the base unit or the first visible unit of the item.
¶ Synchronization
Items are synchronized with Shopify every hour, and sales orders are imported every 10 minutes.
Synchronization activities can be monitored by navigating to Tools >> Synchronization Log
